He Born in Shenzhen, China, and he is a Master of Interdisciplinary Arts (major in Composition, minor in Music Therapy) from Macau Polytechnic University, Honorary Master of Business Administration from European College, Bachelor of Music Performance (Clarinet) from Zhejiang Conservatory of Music. He successively studied under Assistant Professor Cheng YI at the School of Music of The Chinese University of Hong Kong (Shenzhen) and Lifetime Guest Principal of Shenzhen Symphony Orchestra; Dejun DONG, Vice Dean of Zhejiang Conservatory of Music and recipient of China's State Council Special Allowance; Associate Professor Xingxing ZHAI from Zhejiang Conservatory of Music; Associate Professor of Macau Polytechnic University and Hong Kong composer, Raymond MOK.
